A free support session for anyone who needs space to talk, reset, and get guidance during a challenging moment.

Life can feel heavy at times. There are moments when talking to friends or family is not enough, or when you do not want to place everything on their shoulders. This one time session gives you a calm, confidential space to talk things through with someone who will listen and help you find clarity.
You might be facing a difficult decision, work pressure, relationship worries, or simply a day when everything feels too much. This session is there to help you steady yourself.
If you feel you need further support after this, we can explore ongoing one to one coaching or other options that may help you.
Confidentiality
Your privacy matters. Everything discussed in our coaching sessions is treated as confidential. I follow ethical guidelines that protect your personal information and your wellbeing.
Information will only be shared if there is a legal requirement to do so, such as when there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, or when required by law. Outside of that, what you bring to the sessions stays in the sessions.
You will always have a safe, private, and non judgemental space to talk.
