Me
I’m passionate about making a difference, and I live by one simple motto:
“Create your own path, and tread it with a smile.”
I believe we all have unlimited potential — and my mission is to help as many people as possible reconnect with their authentic selves, so they can make the most of the incredible gifts they’ve been given.
Whether it’s been volunteering with the Samaritans, coaching a colleague or client, or writing my book — if even one person was helped, then it’s all been worth it.
I hope I can help many more.
Stay True!

My Story
Born in the 1970s, I grew up in a close-knit family and community. It was a balancing act—navigating two cultures while trying to figure out who I really was. From an early age, I questioned everything: Cultural norms, religious beliefs, societal expectations—you name it. I always felt there was more to life than what my family, teachers, and TV were telling me.
Growing up wasn’t always easy, and my self-esteem took its fair share of knocks. But I found my anchor in weight training and martial arts. No matter what was happening around me, the gym was my sanctuary. I’ve been training consistently for 35 years, rarely taking more than a few weeks off. The discipline, resilience, and mindset I built in the gym extended into all areas of my life, shaping how I approached challenges. I believed in that mindset so much that it led me to write Mind Trek, a book aimed at helping others develop mental resilience and achieve their goals.
My career path has been anything but predictable. I started with a paper round, then worked in factories, did nightclub security, and eventually embarked on a 28-year career in Mobile Telecoms. The part I loved most? Developing people and creating environments where they could thrive.
Life has given me the privilege of experiencing different cultures, traditions, and communities. One thing is clear—no matter where you go, people share similar hopes, dreams, and fears. My curiosity about human nature led me to explore spirituality, philosophy, religion, and even plant medicine. Volunteering for the Samaritans made me realise how much my corporate career had shaped me—and not always in a good way. If my work environment had such a strong influence, then surely family, society, media, and social media did too.
This revelation sparked a deep journey of self-reflection. I realised that true happiness comes from being authentic, not from living according to external expectations.
So, I made the leap—I left the corporate world to work on Decoded Reality, a deprogramming method designed to help people align their lives with their own core values. To complement the Decoded Reality authenticity programme, I also created the Bouncer For Your Life deprogram - a service that helps cultivate a proactive mindset and protect peace.
I believe in these services wholeheartedly. Why? Because I’ve seen the transformation. I’ve witnessed the incredible impact this work can have on people’s lives—and I know it can help more people.
My Career
Working in factories as a teenager gave me an unbeatable work ethic. Nightclub security gave me a crash course in human psychology (and conflict resolution—especially with intoxicated people!). Then came my Mobile Telecoms career, where I climbed the ladder from graduate to Engineering Director.
I had the privilege of playing a role in shaping the telecoms industry, helping to roll out and manage mobile networks. If you’re reading this on a smartphone—you're welcome! I led teams, managed large-scale projects, and was part of the transition team for the UK’s first 4G network. Later, I moved into IT, overseeing the sales ecosystem for 700+ retail stores.
With high-pressure roles came great responsibility—not just for my teams but also for ensuring vendors and suppliers delivered. Building relationships, motivating teams, and leading people towards a common goal was both the challenge and the reward. It was something I became recognised for.
Despite the awards, achievements, and smashing work targets, my greatest satisfaction came from helping people grow—coaching, mentoring, and watching them succeed. That’s why I left the corporate world—to focus on what truly fulfils me.
My interest in helping people led me to volunteer for Samaritans — an experience that profoundly shaped how I see life. Supporting people at their lowest points not only gave me perspective but also taught me how to truly listen. I picked up vital skills that continue to enhance how I coach and support others today. I've also taken courses in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and various branches of psychology to deepen my understanding of how we think, behave, and ultimately, how we can change.
Now, I bring my experience to individuals who need guidance or support, enabling people to live their best lives.
My Interests
Fitness has always been my foundation.
Long before Instagram influencers and gym selfies, I was in the trenches lifting weights for the love of it. It was never about external validation—just me, the iron, and the discipline.
Beyond weight training, I embraced anything that tested my limits—kickboxing, boxing, MMA. With training came an obsession with nutrition. Fuelling my body properly wasn’t a trend; it was essential. Sure, I enjoy treats, but I’ve always understood the power of good nutrition in keeping strong and healthy. More importantly, I’ve trained natural! I’ve never used chemicals or hormone enhancing supplements and that’s something I am proud of.
Personal development has also been a cornerstone of my life.
A proactive mindset has kept me ahead of the curve, whether it’s avoiding common life pitfalls, setting boundaries, or choosing the right influences.
Sharing my experiences and insights is my way of helping others take control of their lives. Another reason why I wrote Mind Trek—to give people the tools to shift their mindset and achieve their own version of success.
After years of exploring spiritual retreats, learning from plant medicine, and diving into psychological studies. I firmly believe we can reconnect to our true selves—free from external conditioning. That’s where Decoded Reality comes in—to help you strip away the programming and reset your mindset for a life of authenticity and purpose.
Stay True.
I’ve been fortunate to support some incredible people on their journeys. You don’t have to take my word for it though — here’s what a few of them had to say here
