Who Am I?
I am a mindset and life coach who helps people reconnect with themselves and rebuild their wellbeing from the inside out.
My work is shaped by the life I have lived, the people I have supported, the challenges I have faced, and the constant drive to understand what makes us feel grounded, healthy, and true to who we are.
My guiding motto is simple.
I want everyone who crosses my path to walk away a little better.
And that begins with knowing your own inner strength.

I grew up navigating different cultures, expectations, and environments. From early on I learned how easily people lose themselves when life becomes too loud or too demanding. That curiosity about people and behaviour never left.
Fitness became my first teacher. I started lifting weights as a teenager and found something that shaped the rest of my life.
Discipline.
Confidence.
Mental clarity.
The ability to push through discomfort and build strength from nothing. The gym taught me how to focus, how to breathe, and how to carry myself.
It still does.

I spent many years in high pressure leadership roles where people looked to me during chaos. I helped teams through difficult moments, career decisions, personal issues, performance struggles and real life challenges.
I saw what stress does to people.
I saw how it affects identity, confidence, health, relationships and families. I also saw the positive changes people experience when they reconnect with themselves and begin living with intention again.
Alongside my career I volunteered with Samaritans, supporting people who were struggling emotionally. That experience changed me. It taught me how to listen with real presence. It taught me compassion at a deeper level. It taught me how powerful it is when someone has space to speak freely without judgement.
It is one of the biggest reasons empathy is at the core of my coaching today.

At some point I realised that most people are not living. They are coping. They are running on scripts they never wrote. They are chasing things that do not actually make them well. I saw the physical and mental effects of this in myself and in countless others.
That was the moment I knew I wanted to support people full time, not just in passing moments or during work situations.
I stepped away from the path I had been on for years and created Decoded Reality.
A space for people to explore who they truly are without pressure or expectation. A space for real wellbeing.
A space for truth.

I am someone who studies life. I read constantly. I question everything. I explore ideas about behaviour, belief systems, wellbeing, energy, psychology, personal growth, identity and purpose.
I write about what I learn, and my book is part of that journey. It captures the lessons and insights that helped me reshape my own life so others can do the same. I publish a blog exploring the different elements of well-being.
Fitness and health remain important parts of who I am. Not for appearance. For the way movement impacts the mind, the way strength carries into daily life, and the way discipline creates calm.
Mental health and physical health are not separate. They rise and fall together.
I have also learned from the more difficult experiences. Burnout. Feeling disconnected. Feeling stuck. Feeling like life has turned into routine rather than purpose. Those moments gave me empathy, not theory.

I coach because I have seen what happens when people drift away from themselves. I have seen what it does to identity, confidence and health. I have also seen the transformation that happens when someone slows down long enough to hear themselves again.
My mission is simple.
To help people live lives that feel like theirs.
To support them in improving their wellbeing, inside and out.
To help them think clearly, feel grounded, and move forward with confidence.
To show them that they do not need to keep surviving when they are capable of truly living.
