About Decoded Reality
From the moment we are born we inherit beliefs, cultural expectations, and learned behaviours. As we grow, institutions and workplaces add more rules and roles. Family, friends, and communities layer scripts over who we are.
Somewhere along the way we are told to be ourselves. Yet the noise never stops. We keep climbing, chasing, performing, and ticking boxes. At some point the question appears: who am I living for?
That question matters. When we live for other people’s expectations our wellbeing suffers. Mental health dips. Physical health follows. We cope instead of live.
This is where Decoded Reality begins. My work is about helping people live with more clarity, better wellbeing, and a life that feels like their own.

I have seen how easily a person can lose themselves, not because they are weak, but because they spend years living for expectations that are not theirs.
I have seen people under pressure, pushing through stress, achieving things that should feel good but do not. Over time that way of living affects mental health, physical health, confidence, and how people see themselves. Eventually they reach a point where they know they cannot keep going like that, or their health begins to show the impact.
I created Decoded Reality for that moment. People want clarity, stability, and a life that feels like their own again. My work is about helping people understand what shaped them, what they have been carrying, and what needs to change so they can improve their wellbeing.
The aim is to help people get ahead of major health concerns by reconnecting with themselves and building a life that supports their mind and body. This is not a quick fix. It is a structured and honest reset that gives people the chance to live in a way that works for them.
Why I Started This

The third stage is Reset. This is where we build a plan that supports your wellbeing and fits who you are, not who you have been trying to be. This includes your mindset, routines, environment, and the way you take care of your mental and physical health. The goal is to make life work with you rather than against you.
This process touches identity, confidence, energy, resilience, purpose, and health. It is not surface work. It creates space for people to live in a way that supports their mind and body instead of draining them.

My background comes from twenty years in high pressure leadership roles where I learned how people think, how they cope under stress, and how quickly wellbeing can decline when life becomes all pressure and no balance. I have coached people through major life changes, career pressure, burnout, and periods of feeling lost. I have seen the impact that stress and expectation can have on both mental and physical health.
I have also spent time with the Samaritans, which taught me the importance of empathy and real listening. Fitness has always been a steady part of my life and has given me discipline, resilience, and the positivity I bring into my sessions. I understand what it means to build strength from the inside out, and that is at the heart of how I work.
I am not a guru.
I am not here to fix people or give them a script to follow. I help people understand themselves, make better choices, and live in a way that improves their wellbeing. My approach is honest, practical, and grounded in real life. I care about helping people live a life that supports their mind and body instead of one shaped by pressure or expectation.
